How it works

1. Discovery calls, free. Up to three, ending with a proposal and a price.

2. Audit, first two weeks. Where the product and the team stand, what has to happen first, and what I would own. Included in the first month.

3. Retainer from €2,000 a month. A named area of ownership. Up to two days a week of focused work, plus availability within one working day for anything urgent. Minimum three months, monthly after. Priced by the scope of ownership, agreed before we start.

What you get

Proof

Built an AI content analysis platform end to end alone, then led the team that grew it to a 12,000-person respondent panel, a benchmark database of 300 campaigns and over 900 studies run. It won Best IT Solution Using AI at Digital Summits 2025.

Took a product from a demo that had drawn heavy internal criticism to release in six weeks with a team of three, after roughly a year of drift under previous ownership.

Shipped a cross-platform mobile app to the App Store and Google Play single-handed: backend, frontend, infrastructure.

Hired 7 developers into permanent roles and 3 more on fixed-term contracts, running every technical interview personally.
